Cielo y Tierra Tours is a small, friendly tour company based in the highland colonial town of San Cristobal de Las Casas in the southern state of Chiapas, Mexico.
We specialize in cultural day tours that take you beyond the guidebooks and into the beautiful pine-forested mountains surrounding San Cristobal, where you'll discover vibrant
living Maya culture and magnificent ancient Maya ruins.
All our excursions are personally guided by Alex Aranda, the owner and founder of Cielo y Tierra Tours, which means you benefit from a professional and experienced tour leader who is dedicated to providing excellent service with a personal touch.

Chiapas is the land of the Classic Maya
